PAUL BOYER
MEET
Prior to becoming an executive coach for attorneys, I enjoyed a rewarding career as a strategic legal advisor and senior executive across a range of industries including commercial and international finance, telecommunications, mobile technologies, digital commerce and SaaS solutions.
My extensive tenure as an attorney spans a wide array of legal roles including as a commercial associate with Miles & Stockbridge, Assistant General Counsel of the Export-Import Bank of the United States, Director of International Alliances at MCI WorldCom, Senior Director of Legal Affairs at T-Mobile, Deputy General Counsel for a mobile payments JV and General Counsel for two e-commerce startups, Ideoclick and Replenium.
I’ve also had my own legal practice, Strategic Legal Solutions, and was an entrepreneur launching a negotiation skills training business, Negotiate Solutions LLC. Additionally, I have a passion for conflict resolution and serve as the president-elect for the the King County Dispute Resolution Center ("KCDRC") Board of Directors as well as a volunteer mediator with the KCDRC.
I am a Coach Training Alliance certified Executive Coach and an Association of Corporate Counsel accredited Professional Development Career Coach. I received my J.D. from William & Mary Law School and hold an M.A. in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
I am originally from Springfield, VA, a suburb of Washington D.C., and moved with my family to the Seattle area in 2005. I am the father of three young adults and reside in Seattle, WA with my girlfriend, Debbie. I recently completed a year-long “Vagabond Odyssey” traveling around the US in a Ram ProMaster camper van exploring national and state parks and reconnecting with friends and family around the country.
It would be my honor to serve as your coach and champion to help elevate your impact, influence and performance in your legal career and in life.
